Norbert Moraczewski

Norbert Moraczewski has over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry and specialises in acquisitions, business development, joint ventures and equity sourcing for real estate developments in Germany and Poland

Prior to establishing Prime East, Norbert has worked as Managing Partner for Kloepfel Real Estate in Warsaw, now one of the investment clients.

In Germany he worked for GRUNDCONSULT Immobiliengesellschaft mbH, part of the FFIRE Immobilienverwaltung AG in Berlin being responsible for adding value through active Asset and Transaction Management across a variety of sectors and risk profiles. He has completed over EUR 500 Millon of Transaction volume.

Norbert graduated with a Master Degree in Real Estate Investment and Finance at the Henley Business School, University of Reading in United Kingdom and with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration at the German Open Business School in Berlin. Norbert speak Fluent Polish, English and German

Norbert spends his free time actively on fitness and travels.
