Prime East is an independent real estate investment and advisory boutique focused on selected asset classes across Germany and Europe. We are continuously seeking attractive investment opportunities, including off-market transactions and complex situations.

Together with our investors, we act as entrepreneurial partners and investment managers throughout the entire investment lifecycle – from initial screening and structuring to development, asset management, and exit. Our approach is long-term, value-driven, and partnership-oriented, utilizing both equity-led investments and joint-venture structures.

We welcome investment proposals from brokers, owners, developers, and institutional partners. Assets requiring structuring, repositioning, or tailored transaction solutions are of particular interest.
