Wojciech Walczyński

Wojciech Walczyński is an experienced real estate market expert with many years of hands-on practice in the preparation and execution of investment projects, particularly in the logistics, manufacturing, and data center sectors. For many years, he served as the Director of the Land Department at AXI IMMO – one of the leading commercial real estate advisory firms in Poland – where he was responsible for the comprehensive preparation of investments and advisory services for international funds and developers in transactions covering over 500 hectares in total.

He is currently a board member at Prime East Property Solution, where he is responsible for sourcing and preparing investment land. Thanks to his knowledge, experience, and extensive network, he effectively identifies and develops early-stage projects, creating solid foundations for further investment processes.

Wojciech successfully combines strategic thinking with a practical understanding of the market, focusing on generating lasting value. As an entrepreneur, he co-founds and develops companies operating across various segments of the real estate market – both on the capital and operational sides.

He is a graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice, with degrees in Spatial Management and Journalism.

Privately, he is passionate about sports – actively playing tennis and football, and regularly cycling. He spends his free time engaging in physical activities and traveling, blending his passions with his professional life.
